What data we collect

How we use lead form data
Lead form data is used to respond to your inquiry, assess the practical route for company closure, liquidation, transfer or accounting cleanup, coordinate follow-up and keep records where needed for service coordination, legal/accounting obligations or dispute prevention.
Form data, names, emails, direct contact numbers, company identifiers and message text are not sent to Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica.
How website chat data is handled
Chat messages are not sent to analytics. They are used to respond to the conversation and to maintain a record of the request.
For chat security, routing and abuse prevention, the website may record the visitor IP and its technical source. Chat data is handled separately from analytics and is not used for advertising profiling.
Analytics and cookies
EstExit uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to understand website traffic, clicks and page performance, and to improve content. The cookie settings button on the website lets visitors reopen the analytics notice.
Analytics is configured so that personal lead details are not sent as analytics event data. Browser or device-level controls may also affect analytics and cookies.

Technical security logs are normally kept for up to 90 days unless needed to investigate abuse, errors or security incidents.
Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics tools and the user's cookie choices.
If a paid service relationship starts, records may be kept for the period required by applicable legal, accounting or limitation rules.
Your rights
Depending on the situation and applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Security

No automated decisions
EstExit does not use automated decision-making to determine the route for a company. Route assessment is based on the information provided and manual review.
